In this role, you will lead the strategic management of key eCommerce accounts, driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and proactive execution. You will develop and implement joint business plans, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions, product launches, and campaigns. The role combines analytical rigor with relationship management, requiring a deep understanding of digital shelf metrics, POS data, and market dynamics. You will have the opportunity to influence category strategies, optimize product visibility, and identify growth opportunities at both regional and city levels. This position operates in a dynamic, remote-first environment, offering autonomy while requiring collaboration across internal teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a results-driven setting, balancing commercial acumen with analytical expertise.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with assigned eCommerce accounts in alignment with company priorities and growth targets
  • Monitor and analyze account performance using POS data, digital shelf KPIs, and other business analytics tools to uncover opportunities and drive actionable insights
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Customer Marketing, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of promotions, stock management, and special events
  • Negotiate promotional activations and agreements with accounts, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives
  • Provide commentary and reporting on key initiatives, new product launches, and promotional performance both internally and to account stakeholders
  • Innovate in areas such as banner display, search optimization, penetration drives, and customer retention strategies
  • Collaborate with Brand and Customer Marketing to optimize category plans and implement solutions for market share growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in an eCommerce sales role
  • Experience in FMCG, F&B, or consumer durable industries preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales systems, processes, and account management strategies
  • Proven ability to design, plan, and execute account-specific strategies
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Excellent coordination, networking, and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to work remotely while managing accounts effectively across multiple regions
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
