This role is a senior leadership position responsible for guiding the Human Resources Partner Team to foster a healthy, high-performing organizational culture. The Director will provide strategic oversight for HR programs, processes, and policies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards. Acting as a key partner to executive leadership, this role drives initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and operational efficiency while leading and developing a team of HR professionals. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, change management capabilities, and the ability to synthesize complex HR and business information to influence decision-making. Success in this role involves balancing strategic vision with hands-on leadership to optimize HR services and support organizational growth.
- Lead the HR Partner Team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with organizational goals and promote a thriving work environment.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, change management, and organizational development projects.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent management processes to build and retain a high-performing workforce.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, organizational policies, and best practices across all HR functions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning among HR staff and the broader organization.
- Monitor HR metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or a related field; advanced degree and HR certifications strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing successful HR programs in complex or multi-unit organizations.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and communicate complex information clearly.
