This role is focused on transforming and optimizing the end-to-end digital lead journey, connecting marketing, sales, and operations through high-impact digital channels. You will be responsible for building and improving customer interaction points such as WhatsApp, chat, forms, and call tracking to maximize lead conversion and pipeline generation. The position also plays a critical role in CRM excellence, acting as the Salesforce Marketing key user and ensuring the platform is effectively used across teams and processes. You will operate at the intersection of marketing operations and revenue growth, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring collaboration with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders. You will have a direct impact on funnel performance, data quality, and overall revenue efficiency in a remote-first environment.
- Lead the roadmap, implementation, and optimization of digital lead capture channels, including WhatsApp, chat, forms, and call tracking solutions.
- Design and improve customer interaction journeys to ensure seamless engagement and higher conversion rates across touchpoints.
- Act as the Salesforce Marketing and Lead Management key user, driving platform optimization and continuous system evolution.
- Manage lead capture, routing, lifecycle processes, and data governance within the CRM to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements, automations, and workflow enhancements in Salesforce.
- Monitor funnel and pipeline performance, generating insights and running A/B tests to improve conversion metrics.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, developing playbooks, training users, and supporting adoption across teams.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and IT to ensure alignment and execution of revenue operations initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including lead management, routing logic, reporting, and lifecycle processes.
- Experience implementing or managing conversational marketing tools, website chat solutions, call tracking systems, and landing pages/forms.
- Solid understanding of sales pipeline structures, lead management processes, and funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion rates, revenue flow).
- Advanced English proficiency for professional communication in global environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Bonus: intermediate Spanish, experience working cross-functionally with Sales/Marketing/IT teams, project management skills, and familiarity with GA4 or digital analytics tools.
