Job Overview

  • Project Scope: Glazing / Commercial Windows / Glass (Residential, Commercial Industrial, Government or Federal)

You will serve as a skilled technician driving the installation of high-quality glass systems for a rapidly growing, family-oriented company. How You Will Make an Impact
  • Execute the installation of glass and glazing systems in strict accordance with project specifications.

  • Interpret detailed blueprints and shop drawings to ensure precise placement and fitment of materials.

  • Collaborate with field operations teams to maintain strict project timelines and quality standards.

  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace while utilizing provided safety equipment and company uniforms.

  • Communicate effectively in English with team members and clients to ensure project transparency.

  • Utilize provided technology packages to document project progress and daily field activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically within the glazing industry.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in installing commercial and residential glass systems.

  • Proven ability to work hard in a fast-paced field environment with minimal oversight.

  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow complex technical instructions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or equivalent technical field training.

  • Demonstrated experience with specialized glass handling tools and advanced installation techniques.

  • Proven track record of reliability and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
