General Purpose
To ensure a positive and efficient start to the patient experience at MFHC. Success in this role means accurately collecting patient information, providing excellent customer service, and assisting patients with understanding and meeting their financial responsibilities.
This role serves as the front desk and first point of contact for patients, making it essential in creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a medical or financial field preferred
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in customer service capacity
Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour; DOQ
