Accountabilities:

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an internal AI-powered knowledge management platform supporting multiple business functions
Identify high-impact use cases and translate organizational needs into clear product requirements and scalable solutions
Lead collaboration with engineering teams on system design, including retrieval systems, data pipelines, and AI-enabled tools
Design and optimize user experiences for both technical and non-technical users, ensuring high adoption and usability
Establish data governance frameworks, including ownership models, knowledge classification, and information lifecycle management
Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Security, and Infrastructure to ensure safe and responsible AI deployment
Drive adoption, change management, and success measurement through structured rollout, training, and performance metrics

Requirements:

13+ years of product management or equivalent experience, ideally with exposure to AI, search, or knowledge systems
Proven experience building and scaling internal tools or platforms used across organizations
Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, generative AI architectures, and knowledge retrieval or search infrastructure
Ability to operate in highly ambiguous environments and translate complexity into structured product roadmaps
Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across engineering, research, and business teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate technical concepts clearly
Experience with service design, persona frameworks, or product-led change management is a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and measure product impact through data and behavioral insights
