Performance Video Director at WinChoice – Mountain Pine, Arkansas

WinChoice is seeking a Performance Video Director to build and lead our in-house video production capability from the ground up.

This is a performance-driven role focused on creating video content that generates inbound leads—calls, form submissions, and text inquiries—while maintaining a 10–12% cost of marketing. Success is measured by results, not vanity metrics.

Video Production

• Own end-to-end production: filming, editing, and delivery
• Execute TV and CTV commercials from CMO-provided scripts
• Produce high-volume social content using efficient tools (iPhone, wireless mics, etc.)
• Add graphics, overlays, and strong calls-to-action
• Produce video content for the CEO’s podcast and personal brand

Creative Development

• Turn concepts into multiple testable video variations
• Develop original content for TikTok, YouTube, and Meta
• Create a range of formats including testimonials, founder stories, sales messaging, before-and-after content, and short-form series

Performance Optimization

• Create content designed to drive calls, form fills, and SMS leads
• Analyze performance and improve creative output
• Identify and scale top-performing content across markets
• Continuously test messaging, hooks, and formats

Production Systems

• Build efficient, repeatable production workflows
• Increase content speed, volume, and consistency
• Establish the foundation for a future in-house team

Field Production

• Travel locally to capture job site footage, before-and-after content, and customer testimonials

Required

• Strong video production skills (filming, editing, post-production)
• Experience creating social video content (TikTok, YouTube, Meta)
• Familiarity with AI video tools and UGC-style content
• Ability to work independently and execute quickly
• Strong focus on conversion-driven creative
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

Preferred

• Experience in direct response marketing or lead generation
• Familiarity with metrics like cost per lead and conversion rates

• Mix of office and on-site filming at active job sites
• Exposure to outdoor conditions, varying temperatures, dust, and moderate noise
• Local travel required
