CMC:Berkshires is a private 15-bed residential treatment center located on 200 acres in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. Full-time

Tuesday–Sunday | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Pay & Benefits

• $21–$23/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing daily meals with consistency and attention to detail
• Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked
• Working independently while supporting the team
• Following systems that ensure quality every day

What We’re Looking For

• Previous kitchen experience
• Reliable and punctual every shift matters
• Able to stay organized and work clean
• Can work independently without constant direction
• Takes pride in doing things the right way

This Role May Not Be a Fit If You

• Struggle with consistency or follow-through
• Prefer high-volume, fast-paced line cooking
• Need frequent reminders to stay productive
