We are expanding rapidly and looking for a high caliber Outside Sales Leader to build, develop, and drive a team of B2B sales professionals in a booming market.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is for a builder, a leader, and a driver of revenue
The Opportunity
As a Senior Outside Sales Leader, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of B2B Outside Sales Representatives
- Drive new business acquisition in a high-demand fiber optics market
- Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales talent
- Establish structure, accountability, and a winning culture
- Lead from the front—player/coach mentality with personal sales contribution
- Build scalable processes that support rapid growth
Who You Are
You are a structured, disciplined sales leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven success leading outside/field sales teams (B2B preferred)
- Strong recruiter—able to attract and hire top performers
- Skilled coach who develops talent and drives accountability
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Comfortable with commission-driven environments
- A natural leader who earns respect through performance
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Salary + Overrides + Uncapped Commission
