Technical Product Manager

In this role, you will drive the delivery of customer-facing digital products that power a large-scale eCommerce ecosystem serving complex operational workflows such as ordering, payments, inventory, fulfillment, and returns. You will act as the bridge between business and engineering teams, translating strategic objectives into clear technical requirements and actionable product roadmaps. The role involves managing system integrations, ensuring platform reliability, and supporting end-to-end product execution in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA, operations, and stakeholders across multiple functions to deliver scalable and high-impact solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical product challenges while balancing business outcomes and system complexity.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex, integration-heavy initiatives while ensuring alignment between technical execution and business strategy. You will manage product backlogs, define requirements, oversee system integrations, and ensure high-quality delivery across releases.

  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs with detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation
  • Oversee complex system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms and preventing downstream impact
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure feasibility of solutions
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and reviews
  • Balance technical debt, new feature development, and operational improvements
  • Lead UAT planning, QA coordination, and post-launch validation activities
  • Define product metrics and monitor performance to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Translate technical concepts into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders across departments
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Operations, Finance, and Marketing
  • Use data tools and APIs to validate requirements and support decision-making
  • Continuously identify risks, propose improvements, and optimize system performance
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in technical product management within eCommerce or system-intensive environments, with the ability to manage complex integrations and drive cross-functional execution. You are highly analytical, comfortable working with engineering teams, and skilled at translating business needs into technical solutions.

  • 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in technical product or software-focused roles
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms, system integrations, or complex digital ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to work closely with developers and understand APIs, data models, and system architecture
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, BigQuery, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with monolith and microservices architectures and their trade-offs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex initiatives under tight timelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience using AI tools in product workflows is a strong plus
