Community Employment Case Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate part-time Community Employment Case Manager to support individuals participating in the Ticket to Work program. In this role, you will help clients with disabilities explore career opportunities, prepare for employment, and achieve long-term job success while maintaining compliance with program guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individualized employment counseling and career planning to Ticket to Work participantsAssist clients with resume development, job search strategies, and interview preparationProvide ongoing follow-up services to ensure job retentionEducate clients on how employment may impact Social Security benefitsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with program requirementsMonitor client progress and adjust employment plans as neededStay current on Ticket to Work policies, workforce trends, and best practices.Additional Responsibilities

Assist with jobsite coverage as needed in the local areaProvide community-based follow along supports to individuals receiving Supported Employment ServicesQualifications

Self-starter with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage a flexible caseloadExperience working with individuals with disabilitiesAbility to obtain and maintain security clearance (“suitability”) as required by the Social Security AdministrationKnowledge of the Ticket to Work Program and Social Security benefits (preferred)Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Associate’s degree (or equivalent credits) in a related field plus 2 years of experience, or a high school diploma and 5 years of related experience.
