You will work closely with IT Solution Owners, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, business stakeholders, and test execution partners to ensure scalable interoperability, traceability, and quality across architecture, design, integration, and testing. This role is accountable for ensuring the quality and readiness of deployable components prior to production release.

- Coordinate UAT activities across key business stakeholders, ensuring testing aligns with business outcomes and issues are clearly communicated and resolved.
- Partner with test execution vendors by providing direction, reviewing test artifacts and execution results, and ensuring adherence to defined testing strategies and quality standards.
- Get into the details of issues and perform issue analysis, driving root cause identification and resolution.
- Manage change by understanding impacts to stakeholders, influencing test approach and timelines, and developing mitigation plans to minimize business disruption.
- Oversee quality outcomes by contributing to QA metrics, best practices, tools, and process improvements.
- Act as a key QA point of contact for assigned initiatives, coordinating QA activities internally and externally.
- Ensure the quality of deployable components in production, validating that business and technology requirements are met.
We're looking for people who have:
- 5–8+ years of experience in a technology organization or financial services QA role with increasing responsibility for test strategy and execution.
- Experience developing and executing test strategies to support complex transformation, product, or platform initiatives.
- Strong understanding and hands on experience with the software development and QA lifecycle, including test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Experience testing integrated enterprise systems, including third party vendors and SaaS platforms.
- Working knowledge of financial services or insurance domains (e.g., finance, product administration, client solutions) is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to dive into complex issues and drive resolution.
- Experience with testing and project management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr Scale, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across technical and business stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
