You Are

• A passionate leader with the ability to mentor, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
• An experienced business manager with 2-4 years in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• A strategic problem-solver with a deep understanding of financial tools, including P&L, COGs, and Inventory.
• A champion of our Core Values, with a can-do attitude and a passion for building relationships.
• An expert communicator with strong organizational and time management skills.

You Will

• Lead all departmental and hourly employees, acting as a mentor, coach, and leader.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining the highest standards for safety, sanitation, and food-safe practices.
• Oversee all weekly business operations, including payroll, ordering, scheduling, and office duties.
• Grow your business by analyzing industry trends, managing budgets, and planning innovative in-house and outside events.
• Build and maintain a fun-filled work environment that reflects our values and culture.

• Provide a comprehensive compensation package between $70,000 - $110,000, reflecting your experience, qualifications, and the value you bring.
