Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for accessibility inquiries, triaging issues and equipping leadership with materials for customer, legal, and internal communication.
  • Build scalable workflows, guides, and training resources to enable teams to independently address accessibility questions.
  • Plan and deliver accessibility training programs across Product and Design teams, integrating AI-assisted workflows where applicable.
  • Partner with engineering leads and external vendors to coordinate accessibility remediation sprints and manage VPAT/ACR documentation.
  • Monitor accessibility regulations and standards, providing updates and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on digital accessibility experience in a practitioner role (in-house or consulting).
  • IAAP certification (CPACC, WAS, or CPWA) or actively pursuing.
  • Experience with VPAT/ACR creation and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in WCAG evaluation, including structured testing with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS) and interpretation of automated scan results.
  • Experience with design systems or component libraries with accessibility requirements.
  • Familiarity with ADA Title III, Section 508, and European Accessibility Act regulations.
  • Ability to influence colleagues across multiple functions without direct authority.
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments preferred.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range: $106,000 – $139,400 USD.
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility and potential additional benefits.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage.
  • Unlimited paid time off and wellness reimbursement.
  • Professional development funds and learning opportunities.
  • Flexible remote and hybrid work arrangements, with optional on-site collaboration days.
  • Inclusive and supportive work culture emphasizing continuous learning and growth.
