This role is a critical entry-level data analyst position focused on supporting global partner program operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. You will collect, monitor, and interpret partner metrics to determine eligibility, generate actionable insights, and ensure accurate reporting. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, influence over stakeholders, and the ability to identify gaps in data processes. You will work remotely in a fast-paced environment, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and assisting colleagues in training and process understanding. This position combines technical proficiency in data tools with strong communication and problem-solving skills, providing a foundation for career growth in analytics and operations.
- Analyze partner program data from multiple sources to determine eligibility and performance metrics.
- Perform biannual reviews and routine monitoring of cases and inquiries via internal channels.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and automated solutions to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Identify gaps in data processes and collaborate with IT, business, and operational teams to implement improvements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to influence testing, training, and integration strategies.
- Contribute to team objectives, assist with training new team members, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate problem-solving by gathering input, evaluating options, and implementing solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Service, or Customer Success operations with strong stakeholder empathy.
- Experience in project management, data analysis, and reporting using tools such as Excel (3-5 years), Microsoft SQL Server (1-2 years), SSIS (1-2 years), SharePoint, Power Query, and Visual Studio.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting data to cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with ambiguity.
- Demonstrated continuous learning mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience using Excel, Microsoft Office, or other data analysis frameworks.
- Human relationship skills including dependability, teamwork, clarity in communication, and customer service experience.
- Competitive hourly pay of $30.00–$32.77.
