Mission Control I (PRN / Rotating)

Work location: Texas Health Frisco, 12400 N Dallas Pkwy, Frisco, TX 75033

Work hours: PRN "AS NEEDED", Rotating Schedule, Must be available to work anytime on Saturdays and Sundays. Work hours / schedule demand may change and will fluctuate between 12-18 weekly.

Here's What You Need:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
  • 6 months related experience preferred
  • 6 months customer service experience preferred
  • CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation 90 Days Req


What You Will Do
  • Utilizes Real Time Location System (RTLS) to track equipment.
  • Uses system to maintain par levels on units, pick up dirty equipment, track usage of beds and rental equipment
  • Visualizes and tracks other rental equipment as needed
  • Makes sure equipment usage and other information is communicated to lead/supervisor.
  • Transports patient care equipment, supplies, and other applicable supporting items throughout the hospital.
  • Prioritizes non-patient care moves to complement patient care moves
  • Ensures service standards as defined by THD are upheld and scores well on customer satisfaction metrics such as Press Ganey, HCAHPS, and/or Internal Survey.
