OceanView at Falmouth is a 21st Century Assisted Living Community that is locally owned and dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking kind and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMA) to join our Assisted Living and Legacy Memory Care team as well as at our Falmouth House location for both per-diem and part time roles.

The CRMA provides high-quality personal care and medication administration while promoting resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being. This role supports exceptional customer service for residents, families, and team members and works collaboratively with nursing leadership to ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications according to State and Federal regulations, physician orders, and resident condition.
Monitor residents’ responses to medications and report adverse effects to the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager.
Document medication administration per company policy.
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in individual care plans.
Encourage participation in life enrichment programs.
Observe and promptly report changes in resident condition or safety concerns.
Complete all shift assignments and required documentation.
Communicate effectively during shift changes to ensure continuity of care.
Adhere to all company rules, safety protocols, policies, and procedures.
Promote a positive, collaborative team environment.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one year of similar experience providing direct care in a comparable setting required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in challenging situations.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED is required.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
Current 40-hour Certification as a Certified Residential Medication Aide required.
Current CPR certification or willingness to become certified within six months of hire.
CNA or PSS certification is preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS (in a usual workday)
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 7 hours per day).
Ability to walk, bend, lift, and assist residents as needed.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and carry up to 20 pounds.
Additional Information
Mandatory overtime may be required to meet unexpected needs.
Holiday availability may be requested based on staffing needs.
Compensation
$19.50 – $22.00 per hour
+$2.00 per hour evening shift differential
+$4.00 per hour overnight shift differential
