This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and scale a high-availability cloud platform while directly impacting developer and client experiences. As a Sr. DevOps Engineer, you will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, maintaining hybrid cloud infrastructure, designing CI/CD pipelines, and implementing automation to enhance operational efficiency. You will partner with global DevOps and development teams to drive best practices, manage cloud deployments, and ensure uptime and reliability. Your work will influence the performance, scalability, and security of cloud services, while supporting innovative product development. This role requires technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage critical infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain cloud infrastructure uptime and meet SLA requirements for North American systems
- Design and deploy reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to support standardization and scalability
- Collaborate with global DevOps and development teams to refine CI/CD pipelines and operational best practices
- Serve as the subject matter expert during infrastructure incidents, participating in on-call rotations
- Implement monitoring, automation, and cloud optimization processes to enhance performance and reliability
- Support containerized applications and cloud networking solutions, ensuring secure and efficient operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across DevOps processes and infrastructure management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in highly available and scalable cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable)
- 2+ years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar)
- 2+ years working with cloud monitoring solutions and automation
- 3+ years of software or systems engineering experience
- Familiarity with scripting and coding languages (PowerShell, Python, C++, etc.)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Kubernetes) and SQL database management
- Understanding of cloud networking components such as load balancers, firewalls, and WAFs
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Azure Bicep preferred
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and proactive ownership mindset
