This role is a strategic and hands-on position responsible for ensuring customers achieve maximum value from complex data analytics solutions. You will lead multiple customer engagements, translating technical insights into actionable business outcomes while building strong, trusted relationships. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Engineering, you will help shape solutions that evolve with customer needs and market trends. The position requires a combination of analytical expertise, project management skills, and exceptional communication to influence decision-makers and drive measurable impact. - Lead and manage customer engagements and analytics projects from inception to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to timelines and budgets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs
- Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to align solutions with customer objectives and operational priorities
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable business value
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful delivery across multiple accounts
- Oversee customer engagement extensions and renewals, supporting growth and retention initiatives
- Stay current with emerging trends in data analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling to enhance solutions and deliver innovation
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Engagement Manager or Customer Success
- Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale analytics projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong expertise in data analytics tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, R, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to identify and implement solutions that drive business impact
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure alignment between analytics projects and customer outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience at a top consulting firm (e.g., Big 3)
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, service operations, or quality management operations
- Competitive compensation structure: 85% base salary + 15% performance-based bonus
