The Role
We’re looking for an Assembler to join our six-person manufacturing and assembly team. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble therapy equipment used by veterinary and equine professionals. Responsibilities
Soldering connectors to coils
Strip and prepare wires for assembly
Assemble, wire up, and test equipment
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to solve problems
Safely lift and carry items up to 80 lbs, including up and down stairs
Restore, clean, and organize refurbished equipment
Prepare and ship final products
Maintain factory organization and cleanliness
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Good organizational skills and ability to keep work areas tidy
Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and take on hands-on tasks
Comfortable using basic hand tools such as wire strippers, cutters, and pliers
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and related software
