This role is a senior-level position responsible for leading complex implementation projects and ensuring successful delivery for clients in the Sales Enablement space. You will work closely with executive sponsors, internal teams, and external stakeholders to align project execution with strategic business objectives. The position requires a combination of technical expertise, project management acumen, and client-facing skills to guide projects from initiation through completion. You will develop detailed project plans, manage scope and risks, and coach team members across multiple time zones. • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, partnering with executive sponsors to ensure alignment with client objectives and best practices
• Drive customer engagement, deliver high-impact meetings and project artifacts, and maintain client satisfaction
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures to ensure accountability for budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Track project scope, manage changes, and execute change orders when necessary
• Prepare comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans for both internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks proactively to ensure project success
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customer stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations of project performance and develop action plans to address risks or issues
• Coach and mentor project teams across multiple time zones to enhance collaboration and performance
• Contribute to the development of templates, processes, and tools to expand and mature project management capabilities

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a total of 7–9 years of relevant experience in project delivery
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving, logical reasoning, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in sales and distribution or working closely with sales teams is a plus
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote-first environment
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for clients in Sales Enablement
