How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute precise lawn maintenance and grounds keeping tasks to meet Salvadores high quality standards.

• Perform seasonal property cleanups including raking, debris removal, and site preparation.

• Operate various landscape tools and equipment safely to ensure efficient project completion.

• Provide reliable snow removal and shoveling services during winter months to keep client sites accessible.

• Assist senior crew members with material handling and installation for custom hardscape projects.

• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite to reflect the companys professional reputation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven reliability and a strong, team-oriented work ethic.

• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols with minimal supervision.

• Positive attitude and a desire to learn the landscaping and hardscaping trade.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in professional landscaping, lawn care, or manual construction.

• Familiarity with the safe operation of commercial mowers, blowers, and hand tools.
