Now Hiring: Front Desk Guest Ambassador / MRI Tech Assistant


Location: Orlando Center


Schedule: This role will begin as a PRN (as-needed) position, working Thursday through Saturday, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts depending on operational needs, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the center continues to expand.


Precision Imaging Centers is expanding and looking for compassionate, detail-oriented individuals to join our Orlando team. This hybrid role combines front desk guest ambassador responsibilities with hands-on support for MRI technologists, offering a unique opportunity to grow your healthcare career while making a meaningful impact on every patient experience. Radiology background and/or experience with MR Imaging is strongly preferred.

Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.

Position Overview


As a Front Desk Guest Ambassador / MRI Tech Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and a vital support member for our imaging team. You’ll help ensure smooth administrative and clinical operations, promote available services, and assist technologists with MRI procedures while maintaining a welcoming, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities


Front Desk / Guest Ambassador Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and provide a positive first impression
  • Manage patient registration, update insurance and personal information
  • Schedule appointments and handle phone inquiries efficiently
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Educate patients on available services and encourage feedback and reviews
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area

MRI Tech Assistant Duties

  • Assist MRI Technologists in preparing patients for imaging procedures
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during exams
  • Perform IV starts as needed (training provided for qualified candidates)
  • Maintain and restock MRI equipment and clinical areas
  • Support documentation and workflow to optimize center efficiency

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or patient care is a plus; clinical training provided
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare setting
  • Physical ability to stand/sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs

Radiology background and/or experience with MR Imaging is strongly preferred.
