This high-impact role is responsible for developing and scaling strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and long-term business value. The Director, Strategic Partnerships will lead the identification, engagement, and management of key alliance opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, and project execution, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. The role offers the opportunity to shape the partnerships strategy, optimize programs, and contribute directly to measurable commercial outcomes. - Execute the strategic partnership framework by categorizing, scoring, and prioritizing partners to maximize revenue impact
- Identify, research, and engage potential alliance opportunities, proactively building a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders as the primary point of contact
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to launch, manage, and optimize partner initiatives, tracking milestones and deliverables
- Contribute data-informed insights to refine partnerships strategy and identify opportunities for improved engagement and scalability
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner initiatives with commercial objectives and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships/Alliances within an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strategic, curious, and thoughtful mindset with a strong interest in understanding business drivers
- Confident communicator and relationship builder with networking and collaboration expertise
- Self-starter who thrives in evolving or ambiguous environments
- Proficiency with sales technology/tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, Microsoft Office)
- Experience leveraging AI tools in professional workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot)
- Life Sciences industry experience and remote work adaptability preferred
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and company events
