- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive client acquisition.

- Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress and optimizing engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, outreach tactics, and overall sales effectiveness.
- Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate campaign performance, conversion rates, and sales forecasts.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Excel, Google Docs).
- Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and consultative selling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
