The Opportunity You will take command of critical infrastructure projects, ensuring every phase from planning to completion meets the rigorous standards of federal and government contracts. This role offers you the platform to utilize your technical proficiency in plan reading and scheduling to deliver high-impact results. You will serve as the primary link between project vision and field execution, driving efficiency in a growth-oriented environment.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Analyze complex blueprints and technical plans to develop comprehensive project execution strategies.

• Formulate detailed project schedules to ensure all milestones are met within strict federal deadlines.

• Prepare accurate takeoff quantities to optimize material procurement and maintain budget integrity.

• Coordinate daily project activities between field operations and administrative teams to ensure seamless workflows.

• Monitor project progression and resource allocation to proactively mitigate potential delays or cost overruns.

• Evaluate site-specific requirements and material needs to ensure full compliance with government specifications.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

• Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting civil and structural construction plans.

• Proven track record of developing and managing complex project schedules and timelines.

• Direct experience in performing detailed quantity takeoffs for bidding and procurement.

• Must be familiar and have experience with ECMS and PPCC software.

• Strong proficiency with computers and modern technology. Must be willing to learn new software.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Familiarity with government contracting processes and federal documentation standards.

• Strong background in heavy highway or general infrastructure project management.
