Project Scope: Commercial Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, and Acoustical Ceilings.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: OSHA 10 and Valid Drivers License.
This is a premier entry-level management opportunity for a high-performing carpentry or interiors professional ready to transition into project leadership. You will serve as the right hand to the Onsite Superintendent and Project Manager, ensuring operational excellence through meticulous documentation and quality control. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards that define Freedom Interiors Group.
How You Will Make an ImpactFacilitate onsite permit paperwork and project documentation to ensure all field operations remain in full regulatory compliance.
Execute rigorous QA/QC inspections across metal stud framing and drywall phases to maintain superior craftsmanship standards.
Monitor site-specific safety plans in alignment with OSHA 30 requirements to ensure a secure environment for all trades.
Support the Onsite Superintendent and Project Manager with daily reporting, material tracking, and schedule updates.
Coordinate with field crews and subcontractors to resolve minor technical discrepancies before they impact the project timeline.
Verify that all interior installations align perfectly with architectural blueprints and client specifications through regular site walks.
Minimum of 5 years of onsite experience in commercial construction, specifically within metal stud framing, drywall, or architectural carpentry.
Strong foundational knowledge of commercial building codes and interior construction sequences.
Proven ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and construction documents.
Possession of a valid OSHA 10 certification and a clean driving record.
Prior experience in a "Lead" or "Foreman" capacity with a desire to move into office-based project management.
Advanced proficiency in digital project management software or mobile field reporting tools.
Specialized knowledge in acoustical ceilings or specialty interior finishes.
Possession of a valid OSHA 30 certification.
