About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician I to join our PCR and toxicology lab. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with hands-on pipetting experience and an interest in clinical laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sample Accessioning: Accurately accession incoming samples into the laboratory system.
- Precision Pipetting: Perform minor to medium-volume pipetting with high accuracy.
- Data Management: Post and verify test results in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Inventory Control: Receive, organize, and maintain lab inventory and supplies.
- Lab Operations Support: Assist in various lab-related tasks, including specimen collections.
- Quality Assurance: Contribute to lab maintenance and quality control procedures.
- Workflow Assistance: Support technicians and scientists with laboratory workflows as needed.
