About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician I to join our PCR and toxicology lab. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with hands-on pipetting experience and an interest in clinical laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sample Accessioning: Accurately accession incoming samples into the laboratory system.
• Precision Pipetting: Perform minor to medium-volume pipetting with high accuracy.
• Data Management: Post and verify test results in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Inventory Control: Receive, organize, and maintain lab inventory and supplies.
• Lab Operations Support: Assist in various lab-related tasks, including specimen collections.
• Quality Assurance: Contribute to lab maintenance and quality control procedures.
• Workflow Assistance: Support technicians and scientists with laboratory workflows as needed.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry)
• 0–2 years of relevant laboratory experience (academic or professional)
• Comfortable with pipetting and basic laboratory techniques
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
