Responsibilities:
- Lead client mapping and prospecting activities for Corporate/B2B segments within the assigned area
- Achieve sales targets, including revenue, shipment volume, and number of active shippers, at both individual and portfolio levels (through acquisition, retention, and reactivation)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and identifying new business opportunities
- Drive shipper acquisition and growth initiatives
- Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure efficient conversion into business opportunities
- Conduct pricing negotiations in alignment with the company’s pricing framework
- Execute and take ownership of all sales activities assigned to the role
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a commercial or sales role
- Strong target orientation with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals
- Solid understanding of sales processes and hands-on selling experience
- Experience working independently and/or managing a team
- High energy, proactive mindset, and positive attitude
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Preferred: Experience handling aggregator accounts and managing B2B/cargo accounts
