What You’ll do:

Trading and Portfolio Management:

• Process trade queue tasks, including Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA), bond maturities, and custodian direct transactions
• Identify and execute Tax Loss Harvesting opportunities to optimize client tax outcomes.
• Execute sensitive trades for High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients.
• Oversee day-to-day trading operations, including portfolio rebalancing and ongoing maintenance.
• Participate in Investment Committee preparation and meetings.

Auditing and Oversight:

• Audit CRM and trading platforms to verify data accuracy and confirm adherence to firm policies.
• Review accounts that fall outside the firm’s Policy, resolving discrepancies and restoring compliance with established guidelines.
• Monitor ongoing trade oversight activities to maintain consistency and alignment with client objectives.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Maintain and troubleshoot clients and internal reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and manage trade tax projections to support client tax planning efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights into portfolio performance and trading strategies.

Ideal Skills and Qualifications:

• Genuine passion for investment markets, with a data-driven mindset and curiosity for uncovering insights.
• Hold a valid Series 65 license.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for sophisticated data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with rebalancing systems, ensuring portfolio data integrity through meticulous reconciliation.
• Experience with Orion Advisor Technology, Eclipse Trading platform, Y Charts, Kwanti & Custodian Platforms
