Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Starting Pay: $19-$20 per hour

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Custodian to maintain two of our residential communities in the Perrysville and Crafton areas.

This position splits time between two residential sites. You will be responsible for keeping common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for our residents.

• Janitorial Duties: Clean and sanitize hallways, entryways, laundry rooms, and community spaces.
• Grounds Upkeep: Maintain the exterior curb appeal by keeping walkways and dumpster areas free of debris.
• Unit Turnovers: Assist the maintenance team by deep-cleaning vacated apartments to prepare them for new residents.
• Safety: Identify and report maintenance needs or safety hazards to the Property Manager.

• Reliability: You are dependable and take pride in your work.
• Efficiency: Ability to work independently and manage your time between two locations.
• Physical Stamina: Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Communication: Ability to interact professionally with residents and management.

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (required for travel between sites).
• Proof of Car Insurance.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus.
