About This Position
The Crew Lead plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of on-site installation projects by leading and supervising field crews. This position works closely with the Project Foreman to ensure daily operations run efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards.
The Crew Lead is responsible for driving crew productivity, maintaining safety compliance, and ensuring high-quality installation work. While the Foreman oversees customer relationships and overall project planning, the Crew Lead serves as the boots-on-the-ground leader—keeping the team focused, organized, and on schedule. This role is a key step in developing future Foremen and leaders within Wize Solutions.

Requirements:Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a crew of up to 8 team members
- Communicate daily schedules, including start and end times, to the team
- Ensure crew members remain on task and maintain productivity throughout the workday
- Delegate job duties effectively based on direction from the site contact
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for the customer, maintaining professional and clear communication
- Track and manage employee timecards, ensuring accuracy between company and onsite records
- Collect and submit signed onsite timecards from the site contact at the end of each week
- Provide daily progress updates, including: Summary of work complete and attendance issues (late arrivals or absences)
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in construction, material handling, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with time tracking and reporting preferred
