Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgery Ambulatory

Work location: Texas Health Plano, 6200 West Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093
Work hours: Full/Time Days; (10:00a-8:30p) 32hrs/week; weekend and holiday requirements
Surgery Department Highlights:
• A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Unit Based to assist with safety and patient care
• Magnet Certified
• Sustain patient satisfaction scores in the top percentile
Here's What You Need:
• Nursing Diploma in Nursing required or
• Associate's degree in nursing required or
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required
• 1 year of experience a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
• 2 years' experience in Perioperative setting strongly preferred
• RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly upon hire required and
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire required and
• A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
