Our client, a brand-new luxury hotel property in Phoenix, AZ, is building out its dining team and looking for sharp, high-energy Food Runners who understand that the last 30 feet between the kitchen and the guest can make or break the entire experience. This is a fast-paced culinary environment where teamwork and precision create unforgettable dining moments — and you're the final link in that chain.
We have multiple shifts available — morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend — and we're looking for candidates with the flexibility to work across different schedules as needs arise. The more available you are, the more hours we can put on your plate.

What You'll Do

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly, accurately, and with confidence
Ensure every plate that hits the table meets the property's luxury presentation standards — no exceptions
Anticipate guest needs and assist servers in delivering a seamless dining experience
Communicate clearly and efficiently between back-of-house and front-of-house teams throughout service
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service and staging areas
Uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines at every touchpoint
Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service
What You Bring

Prior food runner or dining experience preferred — high-volume or luxury environments are a strong plus
Proficient in English — clear communication is essential on the floor
Polished, professional presentation with high energy and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
Strong teamwork and communication skills — you keep the line and the floor in sync
Ability to multitask and stay composed during fast-paced, high-volume service
Positive attitude, sharp attention to detail, and pride in the guest experience
Physical stamina to stand, move, and carry trays throughout extended shifts
Open availability preferred — willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
