This role offers a fast-paced opportunity to drive new business growth by acquiring restaurant partners across the United States. As part of a high-velocity sales team, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with SMB restaurant owners to demonstrate the value of a technology-driven platform that increases demand and improves profitability. You will operate in a transactional, activity-driven environment where speed, discipline, and consistency are key to success. The position requires strong outbound sales skills and the ability to manage a high volume of leads and conversations daily. You will play a direct role in expanding market reach while helping restaurants maximize underutilized capacity. - Drive outbound prospecting efforts to generate new restaurant partnership opportunities across U.S. markets
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing new SMB restaurant deals
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to move prospects through the pipeline
- Manage a high-velocity pipeline with short sales cycles, typically under 30 days
- Execute high-volume daily outreach including cold calls, emails, and other prospecting activities
- Maintain consistent activity levels and performance targets across daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Operations and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and partner experience
- Provide feedback on sales processes, tools, and messaging to support continuous improvement
- Track and manage opportunities effectively using CRM systems to ensure pipeline accuracy and discipline
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of full-cycle sales experience in a high-volume SMB or transactional sales environment
- Proven success in outbound sales roles with strong activity and conversion metrics
- Experience managing short sales cycles and closing deals efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with strong objection-handling ability
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on performance and results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity sales environment
- Spanish fluency and prior restaurant industry experience are considered a plus
