This senior leadership role is responsible for building and scaling a global digital growth engine that drives measurable business impact across the full B2B customer lifecycle. The position combines strategic vision with hands-on ownership of digital performance, spanning demand generation, lifecycle marketing, web experience, and marketing operations. The leader will operate at the intersection of marketing, revenue operations, and sales to ensure digital initiatives directly contribute to pipeline, revenue, retention, and expansion. This role requires deep expertise in enterprise SaaS environments with complex buyer journeys and account-based motions. Acting as both strategist and operator, the VP will shape channel strategy, optimize performance, and elevate digital execution across global markets. The environment is fast-moving, data-driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, accountability, and revenue alignment.

Accountabilities:

The VP, Digital Engagement & Growth is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide digital growth strategy across web, performance marketing, lifecycle programs, and marketing operations to maximize revenue impact across the customer lifecycle. This includes aligning digital initiatives with GTM strategy and ensuring all channels are optimized for conversion, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Lead the global digital growth strategy, driving pipeline, revenue, retention, and expansion outcomes
  • Act as a strategic advisor to marketing and GTM leaders on segmentation, channel mix, and digital activation
  • Own web and digital experience strategy including UX, SEO, CRO, personalization, and experimentation
  • Oversee performance marketing and demand generation to optimize CAC and pipeline efficiency
  • Design and scale lifecycle marketing programs to improve engagement, retention, and expansion
  • Manage marketing automation systems and ensure alignment with Revenue Operations and data governance
  • Build attribution, analytics, and performance measurement frameworks tied directly to revenue outcomes
  • Lead and scale a global digital team, including agencies and cross-functional partners
  • Drive continuous optimization through data-driven testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies
Requirements:

This role requires extensive experience in B2B SaaS marketing leadership with a strong focus on digital growth, demand generation, and lifecycle strategy. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with deep operational expertise and a strong analytical mindset.

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant leadership in digital, growth, or demand generation
  • Proven success scaling digital strategies that directly drive pipeline, revenue, and customer expansion
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, SEO/CRO, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation
  • Strong experience in ABM and enterprise SaaS sales environments with complex buyer journeys
  • Ability to connect digital performance metrics to business outcomes such as CAC, LTV, and revenue
  • Experience building and optimizing multi-channel digital ecosystems across paid and owned channels
  • Strong analytical and attribution modeling skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proven leadership experience managing global teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience partnering closely with Revenue Operations and Sales organizations
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
