Role Overview
VersAbility Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Custodian to support Government Contract operations by ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
This role is responsible for inspecting custodial services, monitoring performance against contract requirements, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, observant, and committed to maintaining safe, compliant, and high-quality environments.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections to ensure services meet contract standards
• Implement and maintain safety, health, and quality control procedures
• Develop and maintain inspection checklists, schedules, and documentation
• Identify deficiencies and communicate findings to leadership and government representatives
• Maintain safety, health, and quality control records and reports
• Analyze inspection results and identify trends or areas for improvement
• Support training initiatives and assist with conducting staff training as needed
• Investigate and assist in resolving customer complaints
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with contract and regulatory requirements
• Promote a safe, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
• Ensure adherence to all VersAbility Resources and government policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or in custodial or supervisory roles
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass required background checks and security clearance (preferred)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position operates in both indoor and outdoor environments and may involve working in varied conditions.
The role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly. Work may include exposure to noise, cleaning equipment, and operational environments.

Schedule
This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours per week).
