Job Title: Nurse Manager II – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Labor & Delivery unit
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff
• Ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams
• Manage staffing, resources, and budgets
• Handle patient concerns and improve care delivery processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of L&D leadership experience (ANM or Department Manager)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred
• Active California RN License
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Experience in high-volume L&D units (400+ deliveries/month)

Additional Details:

• Bonus: Up to 15% annually
• Relocation: Available
