In this role, you will build impactful products that empower creators to grow their audiences and generate revenue at scale. You will work within a cross-functional team focused on delivering innovative growth and monetization solutions driven by network effects. Combining strong product thinking with full-stack engineering expertise, you will contribute to both user-facing features and backend systems. The position offers a highly collaborative, fully remote environment where experimentation, iteration, and data-driven decision-making are central. Your work will directly influence how creators discover opportunities and monetize their content. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable features that support creator growth and monetization across web applications
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate ideas into iterative, high-impact releases
• Contribute across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services and analytics systems
• Break down complex product requirements into deliverable increments, ensuring continuous value delivery
• Optimize application performance, usability, and reliability through best engineering practices
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of development processes
• Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences
• Support system reliability through monitoring and participation in on-call rotations

Requirements:

• Strong experience building modern web applications using React, JavaScript, and contemporary CSS frameworks
• Proficiency in backend development, ideally with Ruby on Rails or similar technologies
• Proven ability to work across the full stack while maintaining a strong focus on frontend user experience
• Experience delivering complex projects independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Familiarity with data systems and analytics-driven product development
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with strong attention to performance and accessibility
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and openness to leveraging them effectively
• Bonus: experience with recommendation systems, personalization, or marketplace platforms
