Job Summary:

The Quality Inspector I is responsible for performing basic inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. This role ensures that products meet the required specifications and standards before reaching customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct visual and basic dimensional inspections using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, rulers).

· Follow inspection plans, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Document inspection results and report any non-conformances to the Quality Supervisor.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of inspection area.

· Assist in identifying quality improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Basic understanding of measurement tools and inspection techniques.

· Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

· Willingness to learn and grow within the quality department.
