The Senior Events Manager will develop and implement strategic event programs that drive measurable business results while ensuring consistent messaging and engaging experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and partnerships, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on operational execution. As Senior Events Manager, you will:
- Develop and operationalize a Global Event Playbook, establishing standards for messaging, design, execution, and ROI measurement.
- Plan and execute large-scale global events, virtual user conferences, and partner activations, overseeing logistics, vendor management, creative production, and communications.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Brand, and Partner Marketing to align event content with business goals and go-to-market priorities.
- Track and report on event performance, including ROI, pipeline influence, and engagement metrics, delivering actionable insights to optimize future programs.
- Create enablement materials, templates, and playbooks to scale event execution globally and maintain a centralized library of reusable assets.
- Support forecasting for event performance, budget allocation, and pipeline contribution, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting.
Candidates should bring:
- 5+ years of experience in event or field marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven experience executing large-scale, multi-region events and virtual conferences.
- Strong project management, organizational, and logistical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing multiple priorities across time zones.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on event performance metrics.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, and RingCentral is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
- Competitive U.S. base salary starting at $135,000, plus potential bonus/commission.
