  • Support forecasting for event performance, budget allocation, and pipeline contribution, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting.
Requirements:

Candidates should bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in event or field marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Proven experience executing large-scale, multi-region events and virtual conferences.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and logistical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing multiple priorities across time zones.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on event performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, and RingCentral is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
Benefits:
  • Competitive U.S. base salary starting at $135,000, plus potential bonus/commission.
  • Remote-first, flexible work environment with a global team.
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact, visible programs that influence global strategy.
  • Collaborative culture focused on trust, transparency, communication, and kindness.
  • Professional growth opportunities, including the chance to build repeatable programs and global playbooks.
