Quality Manager Representative at Schaller Corporation – Chesterfield, Michigan

With our ongoing growth, we are looking to have an experienced Quality Management Representative to join our team.

Quality Management Representative Job Description:

• · Coordinate all quality system audits.
• · Maintain all quality related documentation to ensure that copies of controlled documents are distributed and all revisions are current. (Internal procedures, quality manuals etc.)
• · Perform internal audits to ensure the quality system is working as planned
• · Participate in all AQP processes.
• · Follow up on internal audits and NCR’s until closed.
• · Work on special projects assigned by the Department Manager.
• · Responsibilities will also include checking customer e-based quality system for changes.
• · Follow up on opportunities for improvement identified during the internal audits.
• · Manage training database (i.e training assignments, training updates, notification to supervisors of overdue training, etc.)

Quality Management Representative Qualifications:

• · Ability to think analytically and independently and remain very organized
• · Ability to work effectively on their own as well as with others at all levels of the organization
• · Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Quality Management Representative Minimum Requirements:

• · 2-4 years of experience a plus
• · Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3
• · Experience related to Manufacturing
• · Ability to follow established procedures
• · Lead Auditor Certification
• · High level organizational skills and attention to detail
• · Proficient in reading and writing skills and the English language
• · Professional demeanor with high standard of ethical behavior
• · Must be process oriented and team player.
• · Must be proficient in office, and use of computers.
• · Familiar with online communication platforms

• · Wages commensurate with experience.
• · Base wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment.
