Vice President, Mission, Engineering, & Analysis (ME&A) Portfolio

Join GDIT's Intelligence and Homeland Security Division and NIS Sector as the Vice President, Intelligence Community(IC). In this role, you'll have the opportunity to drive mission-critical outcomes across multiple intelligence agencies while leading a diverse mission services portfolio. The Vice President, ME&A will be responsible for setting and executing strategic direction that aligns with Division, Sector, and Business Area objectives and collaborate closely with our Business Development, Capture, and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) teams and other NIS sector Business Areas to expand GDIT's market presence. A growth-minded leader who champions collaboration, accountability, and innovation will be critical in achieving exception results, strengthening customer relationships and fueling ongoing business growth.

HOW THE VICE PRESIDENT, MEA WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Lead the ME&A Portfolio in the MSP Business Area, accelerating growth across a high‑impact portfolio supporting the Intelligence Community
  • Lead and collaborate with Business Area growth team resources to achieve the sector's strategic growth and innovation goals, in alignment with the objectives of the NIS Sector and IHS Division
  • Implement and advance Business Area and Sector strategies and objectives
  • Lead complex portfolios and executing strategic and operational plans across multiple programs with diverse technical and mission requirements
  • Foster continuous innovation and operational improvements to drive growth and enhance technological capabilities.
  • Perform financial management with profit and loss responsibility for the Business Area, meeting or exceeding financial targets
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and providing technical oversight of the portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Drive business growth - in collaboration with the Sector and Division resources; delivering a strong book-to-bill, re-compete wins, and year-over-year new business growth and territory expansion


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience leading programs or portfolios of similar or greater size
  • Track record of building and maintaining relationships with customers in the Intelligence Community resulting in net new and on-contract growth
  • Strong financial acumen with experience leading and adhering to financial metrics and goals
  • In-depth knowledge of the Geospatial mission and market
  • Ownership of a $75M+ portfolio of mission, training and engineering and cyber capabilities
  • Leadership of large technical teams of 300+
  • Experience driving organic and new business growth, including serving as the lead on new business pursuits
  • Ability to effectively engage with senior GDIT and customer leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment
  • Ability to motivate teams to perform exceptionally over long stretches of time and in challenging situations
  • Ability to communicate exceptionally
  • Clearance: Must currently possess TS/SCI with POLY
  • US Citizenship required
  • Location: Hybrid to Herndon, VA at least 3 days/week on site or at customer sites

The likely salary range for this position is $215,467 - $287,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
