About the Role:

As a Copper Prepress/Photoengraving Production Specialist, you’ll play a key role in preparing customer artwork for production, ensuring files meet technical and aesthetic standards. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to transform artwork into high-quality engraved products. What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and optimize customer-supplied artwork for photoengraving production
• Communicate with clients to clarify job specs and resolve potential issues
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure file accuracy and production readiness
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions for file setup and quality standards
• Maintain quality control throughout the production process
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Deliver outstanding customer service with clear, professional communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop)
• Experience with prepress file preparation
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable using both Mac and PC platforms
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
