Are you a relationship builder with a knack for turning happy clients into loyal champions and referrers? WeCare tlc, a woman-owned company, mission driven healthcare company is looking for a Client Growth Strategist (CGS) to drive strategic client growth, expand service adoption, and turn customer love into lasting partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to shape business development for an industry disruptor in employer-sponsored advanced primary care.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Customer Ladder – move clients from users ? champions ? referrers
• Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with impact-driven insights
• Identify white space opportunities and recommend service expansions
• Launch and manage our "Gold Partner" client tier model
• Train and empower clients to become active referrers

What Success Looks Like:

• 30% increase in multi-service adoption
• 25% reduction in time-to-upgrade
• 2+ client referrals per quarter
• 60% of clients become raving fans by year-end

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3–5 years in client success, account strategy, or growth roles
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to uncover opportunities and lead high-impact client conversations
• Experience with referral programs or partner enablement is a plus
