•Handling Agri and domestic business for 400 Mio for part of rajasthan

•Handling a team of 1 on roll and 2 off roll manpower

•Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned geographical area.

•Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including dealers, retailers, clients and market segments.

•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dealer network through regular communication and visits.

•Conduct market research to understand market needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies.

•Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to dealers / retailers & potential customers.

•Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to direct customers.

•Monitor and report on sales performance, contributing insights for continuous improvement.

•Work closely with dealers /distributors and other partners to expand market reach.

•Represent the company at events / seminars /local trade shows/ exhibitions.
