Contract Analyst
Hybrid | Full-Time | Mid–Senior Level

Emerging Tech is seeking a Contract Analyst to support program and project teams by providing contract analysis, compliance oversight, and operational support. This role is responsible for ensuring contract requirements are clearly understood, properly executed, and aligned with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze contract award documents, modifications, and related materials to identify requirements, risks, and obligations
• Ensure contract terms and conditions are accurately reflected in project planning and execution
• Monitor performance to ensure deliverables, reporting, and documentation meet contractual requirements
• Identify potential areas of non-compliance and recommend mitigation strategies
• Support the review, organization, and management of vendor deliverables, reports, and documentation for accuracy and timeliness
• Assist clients in reviewing deliverable submissions and provide recommendations based on best practices and lessons learned
• Collaborate with program managers, finance teams, and project staff to clarify contract requirements and resolve issues
• Provide contract interpretation guidance to maintain alignment across project teams

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional work experience
• Experience managing Information Technology-related projects
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and project management methodologies
• Experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related technical discipline
  • OR 8 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations

Work Location

• Hybrid role
• Candidates are expected to report onsite at 811 Vermont Ave, Washington, DC 1–2 days per week based on client requirements
• Must be willing and able to work onsite as needed

Compensation

• Salary range: $100,000 – $125,000 annually
