Sales Intelligence Manager (Remote)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Intelligence Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle of a business intelligence tool dedicated to franchisees. This role is pivotal in driving productivity and revenue by enhancing how franchisees access and use data. You will collaborate with multiple teams across analytics, IT, and engineering to deliver innovative solutions and facilitate optimal user experiences. Accountabilities
  • Define the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the Sales Intelligence tool.
  • Own backlog prioritization, user story definition and release planning.
  • Establish success metrics and drive accountability for hitting targets.
  • Develop go-to-market plans and adoption strategies for franchisees.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver training sessions and certifications.
  • Own day-to-day management of vendors supplying data.
  • Lead vendor selection, contracting, and performance management.
  • Identify and plan key enhancements for the product.
  • Run A/B tests and surveys to optimize user experience.
  • Prioritize feature enhancements based on ROI and impact.
Requirements
  • 58 years of product management or data product ownership experience.
  • Proven track record of partnering with analytics/data engineering teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data integration.
  • Basic data modeling or data engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL and with data warehouses and BI tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical rigor and metrics-driven mindset.
  • Excellent project and product management skills in Agile environments.
  • Bachelors Degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
