• Lead full lifecycle implementation projects, including requirements gathering, workflow analysis, system configuration, and go-live support
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor system configurations and ensure alignment with operational needs
• Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation for end-users and stakeholders
• Perform system testing, upgrades, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality
• Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshoot system, integration, and configuration issues with vendors and internal teams
• Analyze workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and system performance
• Facilitate meetings, demonstrations, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor system processes and ensure compliance with operational and security standards
• Travel as needed to support on-site assessments, implementations, and go-live activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a healthcare or related environment
• Hands-on experience with healthcare practice management systems, particularly NextGen PM (version 5.8 or higher)
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management workflows within ambulatory or clinical settings
• Proven experience managing implementation projects, including system builds, testing, and user training
• Familiarity with EDI processes, billing operations, and healthcare coding standards (CPT, ICD-10) is a plus
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience working across vendors and integrated systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel up to 30–50% as required for project support
