In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation projects for healthcare technology systems, ensuring seamless deployment and adoption across multiple sites. - Lead full lifecycle implementation projects, including requirements gathering, workflow analysis, system configuration, and go-live support
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor system configurations and ensure alignment with operational needs
- Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation for end-users and stakeholders
- Perform system testing, upgrades, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality
- Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshoot system, integration, and configuration issues with vendors and internal teams
- Analyze workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and system performance
- Facilitate meetings, demonstrations, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor system processes and ensure compliance with operational and security standards
- Travel as needed to support on-site assessments, implementations, and go-live activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a healthcare or related environment
- Hands-on experience with healthcare practice management systems, particularly NextGen PM (version 5.8 or higher)
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management workflows within ambulatory or clinical settings
- Proven experience managing implementation projects, including system builds, testing, and user training
- Familiarity with EDI processes, billing operations, and healthcare coding standards (CPT, ICD-10) is a plus
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills with experience working across vendors and integrated systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 30–50% as required for project support
