About This Position
As a Head of FP&A, you will own an end-to-end financial performance narrative across the group and serve as a single source of truth to the management team, board and investors. You will lead and develop the Financial Planning & Reporting, and Business Partnering team to look beyond the spreadsheets and transform complex data into actionable insights that enable our global growth and are backed by robust financial logic.

- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and ways of working across the FP&A team. Hire, mentor, and retain high-performing finance talent. Foster a culture of accountability, rigor, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure a single source of truth across all financial data, assumptions, and reporting, drive integrity, consistency, and auditability of all financial outputs.
- Lead periodic reporting to the management team, board, and investors, including variance analysis and underlying drivers.
- Own the end-to-end planning cycle: annual budget, quarterly targets, monthly forecasts, including timelines, processes, and governance standards.
- Develop and maintain the operating financial model, ensuring the rolling forecasts are accurate, dynamic, and reflective of current business realities.
- Design and scale a business partnering function that acts as a strategic partner to senior business leaders across the commercial, product, and operational teams. Monitor and establish targets, analyze performance across different dimensions (e.g., products, marketing channels, countries).
- Oversee building of business cases and ad-hoc financial analyses to evaluate unit economics and model scenarios, ensure financial discipline, and support decision-making.
- Implement best practices, automations, and tools to drive the scalability of FP&A processes, reducing manual effort, removing inefficiencies, and improving the speed and quality of outputs.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a relevant finance field.
- Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience in running the periodic FP&A cycle (reporting, budget, planning) with demonstrated ability to build high-quality board-ready materials.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate clearly to diverse target audiences, visualize, and transform financial data into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Self-starter with an ownership mindset to build the FP&A team with strong analytical capability and a business‑partnering mentality.
- An innovative, results-oriented attitude that constantly seeks to improve processes, challenge ways of working, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
